Shipments take one to two business days to arrive (Monday to Friday)
Make sure you provide all contact details correctly to avoid delays or lost products.
When the courier arrives at your address, they will have 10 minutes to complete the delivery. If you don't answer, they will call the number you provided, so please be available. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the courier will leave with the product, and you can schedule another delivery, but you will need to pay for a new delivery.
The delivery person will arrive at the address you provided when you made your purchase. If you are not home when they arrive with your order, or if you are at a different address and want it delivered there, the delivery person is not obligated to deliver it to a new address. The order was initially sent to the address you provided, but the delivery was not completed due to circumstances beyond HELVETE's or the delivery person's control. (You can have your order delivered again by paying for a new delivery and waiting another one to two business days.)
If you live in a building or complex with a doorman, your order will be left there in a fully protected and sealed package containing your personal information. (If you would like your order delivered personally to the recipient, please inform us.)
If you receive deliveries at your workplace and have a specific schedule, such as lunch or departure times, you should inform the delivery person, as these schedules vary from company to company and to avoid any problems, it's best to give advance notice so they can plan their route and deliver within the agreed-upon hours.
We do not make deliveries on specific days or times; if you need something at that moment, we suggest you go to one of the locations where our physical garments are located.

Shipments are handled by Coordinadora or Interrapidísimo. Personal deliveries are not available. (If you would like your product delivered by a different shipping company, please inform us in advance.)
Once we ship your package to the address you provided in your shipping information, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package on the shipping company's website for added peace of mind. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package. If the estimated delivery time (one to five business days, Monday to Friday) has passed and your package has not yet arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you find a solution.
Packages are delivered to the building's concierge or to the designated recipient. The product arrives fully protected and sealed with your personal information. If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, the shipping company will make another attempt. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the courier will return the product to its origin.
If you request a refund, you must wait until the order arrives in perfect condition. We will check its condition and quality. If the refund is approved, the money will be returned minus the shipping costs (Origin/Destination – Destination/Origin).
You should keep in mind that:
- Deliveries cannot be made at a specific time or day.
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather, landslides, traffic, and other contractual issues reported by the shipping company. (We emphasize checking the order status with your tracking number on the shipping company's website, in the tracking option.)
- The product may be received by any adult who lives or is present at the delivery location, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will suffice.
- Shipping costs will range between $12,000 and $20,000 pesos depending on the package size.
This value will be calculated during the purchase process and will be communicated to you at the time of order settlement, before you make the payment.
